Man Accused Of Breaking Into Tobacco Shop In Clay Using A Rock
A man has been arrested and charged with breaking into a tobacco shop in Clay by using a rock to smash the store's window.

CLAY, AL - A man has been arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief after he tried to use a rock to break into a tobacco shop in Clay. Jefferson County Sheriff's officials on Tuesday revealed the suspect as of 41-year-old Fadi Rabah.
A report by Alabama Media Group said the crime happened shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 9. Deputies responded to a burglary alarm at a business in the 2200 block of Brewster Road. When they arrived, they found Rabah reaching inside the business through a shattered window. He was taken in to custody.
Sheriff's reports said a review of the surveillance footage from the store showed Rabah first attempt to open the front doors to the business. He then went to the drive-thru and broke the window with a large rock. He was attempting to break the lock on a burglar bar with a large rock when deputies arrived and arrested him.
