Pinson Man Wanted For Violating Sex Offender Registration Act
A Pinson man charged with sodomy second degree and rape in the second degree in 2010 is being sought by authorities.
BIRMINGHAM, AL - A Pinson man who was charged in 2010 of sodomy second degree and rape second degree involving an underage girl is being sought by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office for violating the sex offender registry guidelines.
According to CrimeStoppers, the suspect is Christopher Keith Terry, 26, a white male standing at five feet, nine inches and weighing at 160 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.
Terry was arrested in Fultondale in July of 2010 on an unrelated charge, and was found to have warrants for his arrest for sexual assault. He was 18 at the time of his arrest.
