A veteran gun salesman has purchased a long-standing gun store in Trussville, and he has some big plans for the property.

TRUSSVILLE, AL - The owner of Birmingham Pistol Wholesale has purchased SE Guns in Trussville, and the veteran Birmingham gun salesman says he has some big plans for the Trussville business. Johnny Walker, who has owned Birmingham Pistol since 1974, purchased SE Guns after learning the store's owers were retiring.
Both stores are located on Hwy 11, as S.E. Guns is in a strip mall with Enterprise Rent-A-Car by Vann Road; BPW is located about a half mile west of Deerfoot Parkway. According to Alabama Media Group, Walker plans to consolidate the two locations next year into a new state-of-the-art wholesale/retail store and distribution center. He plans to build a new facility on five acres on Valley Road, just off I-59 in Trussville.
