Stabbing Suspect Sought By JeffCo Sheriff's Office

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is looking for a 62-year-old male who is suspected of stabbing three people.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is looking for a 62-year-old male suspected of stabbing three people Wednesday morning. Michael Glenn Mills was identified by all three victims as their attacker.

The incidents occurred just after 1 a.m. Wednesday, according to the JCSO. Deputies were called to a domestic situation in the 200 block of Chalkville Manor Drive where they found that three people had been stabbed at that location.

The JCSO said the offense may have started from a domestic dispute with one of the three victims. All of the victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment. None of the injuries appeared to be life threatening.

Mills reportedly fled the scene as deputies arrived. The Sheriff’s Office requests that anyone who knows the whereabouts of Michael Glenn Mills contact call 205-325-1450.
