Although reports indicate that all of the cats seem to be healthy and cared for, police say charges may be filed, and that all of the cats have been taken by the Greater Birmingham Humane Society. According to police reports, an elderly couple owns the home, which was literally falling apart due to urine soaked walls, and the number of cats living in the attic.
