Alabama Business Hall Of Fame Names Class Of 2020
The Alabama Business Hall of Fame, located on the University of Alabama campus in Tuscaloosa, named seven new inductees for 2020.

The Alabama Business Hall of Fame, located in The Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama, named its class of 2020 this week. However, with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the induction ceremony has been rescheduled for fall 2021.
Located in the college’s Bidgood Hall, the Alabama Business Hall of Fame was established in 1973 to honor "those who brought lasting fame to the state through their business contributions." The college is also responsible for organizing the annual induction ceremony.
The Alabama Business Hall of Fame said in a media release that ticket and table sponsorship information can be found on the hall of fame’s website.

Robert O. “Bob” Baron (Huntsville) - CEO and founder of Baron Services.
Cecil Batchelor (Russellville) - chairman of CBS Banc-Corp and chairman emeritus of CB&S Bank.

Jay Grinney (Birmingham) - former president, chief executive officer and director of HealthSouth Corporation, now known as Encompass Health.
Lonnie Johnson (Atlanta) - lifelong serial entrepreneur and innovator, whose passion project resulted in the creation and licensing of the Super Soaker water gun.
Joe Ritch (Huntsville) - A civic leader and attorney with the firm of Sirote & Permutt P.C.
Stan Starnes (Birmingham) - executive chairman of ProAssurance Corporation.
