TUSCALOOSA, AL — Numerous outlets have confirmed that Alabama quarterback Bryce Young and linebacker Will Anderson, Jr. will both play in the Allstate Sugar Bowl in New Orleans on New Year's Eve.

Tide coach Nick Saban also confirmed to media that there were no opt-outs from the bowl game as well.

Kickoff for the Sugar Bowl in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome is set for 11 a.m., with No. 5 Alabama (10-2) facing No. 9 Kansas State (10-3).
The Sugar Bowl will be broadcast on ESPN.
