The Paul W. Bryant Museum will celebrate the book release of Remember the Rose Bowl: The Alabama Crimson Tide’s Storied 100-Year History in “The Granddaddy of Them All” by Tommy Ford and Mark Mayfield on Friday, September 18, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Admission to this event is free.

Remember the Rose Bowl commemorates the 100th anniversary of Alabama’s landmark appearance in the 1926 Rose Bowl — a game that forever changed the trajectory of Alabama football and helped transform the national perception of college football in the South.
On January 1, 1926, Coach Wallace Wade’s undefeated Alabama team faced the heavily favored Washington Huskies in Pasadena, California.
