City Of Tuscaloosa's Annual Foreclosure Sale Set For Nov. 14
The City of Tuscaloosa on Tuesday announced it will host its annual foreclosure sale on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at 11 a.m.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The City of Tuscaloosa on Tuesday announced it will host its annual foreclosure sale on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at 11 a.m.

During the event, the city says it will auction off various properties to the highest bidder, with foreclosure deeds or quit claim deeds issued to successful bidders for each property, providing them with ownership rights to the acquired real estate.

The city also said potential buyers should be aware that an additional advertisement fee of $144.66 will be added to the total cost for each foreclosure property, stressing the importance for all participants to factor this fee into their bidding decisions.
City officials also encourage those interested to visit the City of Tuscaloosa's website for more detailed information about the properties available for sale, as well as the terms and conditions of the foreclosure sale.

The sale will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, which is located at 2201 University Boulevard in downtown Tuscaloosa.
