While the area around Willowbrook Trailer Park on Hunter Creek Road in Northport is a historically flood-prone spot, the flooding Saturday marks the second major high-water event for the mobile home community since June. The banner from cleanup effort following the June 19 flood was still hanging as flood waters rolled into the property.
