TUSCALOOSA, AL — A Flash Flood Warning indeed brought widespread problems across the Tuscaloosa metro Saturday afternoon, including new impacts to a Northport trailer park that was devastated by a similar flood in June.
Much of Willowbrook Trailer Park on Hunter Creek Road was under water Saturday afternoon, but thankfully no water rescues were reported, according to Mayor Bobby Herndon.
"The water has risen and gotten up, but not as bad as it did a few months ago, but it is a concern," Herndon told Patch. "My firemen have said the water is dropping, so that's a good thing.
