Hall pleaded guilty Tuesday before Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court Judge Al May, days before the case was set for trial on May 1.
She reached an agreement for a 15-year sentence, split to serve two years in prison followed by three years of probation, according to court records obtained by Patch. The split sentence means she will not serve the full 15 years unless she violates conditions of her eventual release.

Hall will also be required to register as a sex offender upon her release.
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit’ sexual assault division presented evidence of their investigation to a grand jury, which returned indictments for second-degree rape and use of position for personal gain in January 2022.
The court filing says the ethics charge against Hall was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
