WEST BLOCTON, AL. — The early days of autumn have already brought cooler temperatures to west Alabama and one popular fall attraction will soon open to ring in the season.

Griffin Farms Pumpkin Patch will open Saturday, Oct. 3 and hopes to offer visitors old and new an unforgettable fall experience in the safety and open spaces of the farm.

Manager Lindsey Griffin told Patch that while many events have been canceled this year, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic can’t cancel the outdoors.
