Tuscaloosa Investigators Give Updates After Two Stabbed Friday During Fight
Here's the latest after two male victims were hospitalized with stab wounds on Friday following a fight at an apartment complex.
TUSCALOOSA, AL — Investigators with the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit gave an update Saturday morning after two men were stabbed during a fight Friday night at Shamrock Downs Apartments in the 1400 block of 9th Street.
As Patch previously reported, two men were transported from the scene to receive treatment for stab wounds at DCH Regional Medical Center, with one of the men reportedly in critical condition.
Neither of the victims were UA students or Tuscaloosa residents, investigators said.

Captain Marty Sellers, co-commander of the unit, said investigators spoke with witnesses and one of the male victims, while the other victim required surgery.
Sellers said no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
