TPD Responds To Stabbing Call At Shamrock Downs Apartments Friday
Two people are receiving medical treatment for stab wounds after Tuscaloosa Police responded to the call Friday evening.
TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Police Department says two male stabbing victims were transported to DCH Regional Medical Center Friday night and there does not appear to be any danger to the community.

TPD confirmed to Patch that the initial call came in at 7:32 p.m. on Friday from Shamrock Downs Apartments on 9th Street in Tuscaloosa. At least one of the victims had injuries that were believed to be potentially life-threatening.

TPD also said officers are not looking for any additional individuals involved with this incident at the moment.
The case will now be investigated by the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit.
