Murder Suspect In Custody After Body Found In Duncanville
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit says a suspect is in custody and was being interviewed Thursday after a woman's body was found Wednesday.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit confirms that a murder investigation is now underway after a woman's body was found off of Highway 82 in Duncanville Wednesday.

Captain Marty Sellers, the co-commander of the multi-agency unit, told local media that a suspect is in custody and was being interviewed on Thursday. He went on to say no further details will be released pending the outcome of the interview.

The victim's identity and cause of death have not been released at this time.
