- The Council will hear a second reading of an ordinance amending city code as it relates to incentive pay for certain employees. City Attorney Ron Davis told Patch that the measure would see certain employees see a small bump in pay, before providing the example of a paramedic having to work midnight shift. He pointed out that, in the past, the city has given similar incentives to firefighters who are also paramedics, but said the measure on Monday night's agenda will be geared toward recruiting and retaining more paramedics.
- The Council will vote on a measure that would see the city administrator enter into an agreement with Craig R. Wedderspoon for creation and production of shade structures and benches for the Northport Riverwalk. This is in line with other immediate efforts by the city to boost walkability and beautification in Northport.
