NORTHPORT, AL — A man is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle at a restaurant in Northport Sunday evening. <a href="https://patch.com/alabama/tuscaloosa/subscribe" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Click here to subscribe to our free Tuscaloosa Daily newsletter and breaking news alerts</a> Northport Police Department Assistant Chief Keith Carpenter told Patch that NPD received a call of a pedestrian struck at 6:14 p.m. Sunday at Wendy's on McFarland Boulevard, which prompted a response from police, Northport Fire and Northstar. Carpenter said the victim sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the incident.
