Police Seize $50K In Meth After Chase Ends In Tuscaloosa County
Two people are in custody after a chase began in Woodstock Tuesday night, resulting in police recovering $50,000 worth of methamphetamine

WOODSTOCK, AL — The Woodstock Police Department says a Tuesday night pursuit ended with two people in custody and the seizure of roughly 500 grams of methamphetamine valued at $50,000.

Around 11 p.m. Tuesday night, a Woodstock officer attempted to stop a vehicle that was headed south through its jurisdiction. The driver refused to stop once signaled and the pursuit eventually ended in Tuscaloosa County with the help of neighboring agencies.

Two suspects were arrested and transported to the Bibb County Jail.
Agencies involved in the chase included Bibb County 911, the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office, the Coaling Police Department, Vance Police Department, Centreville Police Department, and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
