Qualifying Closes, Candidates Set For 2022 West Alabama Races

Here's a look at who has officially qualified to appear on the ballot in the upcoming 2022 elections for the legislature in West Alabama.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Qualifying for local legislative races closed on Friday, with numerous contested races set to appear on the ballot.

The 2022 primary elections in Alabama are set for May 24, with the general election scheduled for Nov.8.
