Shelton State Readies For Spring 2023 Student Art Exhibition

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Shelton State Community College on Thursday announced its Visual Arts Department will open its free Spring 2023 Student Art Exhibition on Monday, April 24 in the Martin Campus Cadence Bank Art Gallery.

“This end-of-the-semester showcase is my favorite part of each semester,” award-winning artist and SSCC visual arts instructor Carson Grubaugh said. “This is an excellent chance to show off all of the artistic talent of the Shelton State student body and we encourage our College and community members to attend.”

The Cadence Bank Art Gallery is located on the Martin Campus and showcases an ever-changing series of exhibitions for local, regional, and national artists.

SSCC says the gallery is open during the College’s regular business hours.
