"Although charged as an adult, no identifying information can be released concerning this defendant due to their age," Kennedy reiterated.

As Patch previously reported, investigators initially responded to the call of a fight and shooting at 4th Street involving two female Tuscaloosa County residents.
Investigators told local media the two women got into a physical altercation in a bar, prompting one woman to leave. However, as she did, the other woman involved in the fight allegedly shot the car, causing injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Kennedy said the suspect was charged with one count of attempted murder, one county of shooting into an occupied vehicle and one count of certain persons prohibited from possession of a firearm, since the suspect was under 18.
The combined bond for the suspect has been set at $76,000.
Kennedy went on to say the suspect has since posted bond and been released from the Tuscaloosa County Jail.
