As Patch previously reported, the call of the drive-by shooting came in around 4:30 p.m. Sunday, when witnesses reported seeing a white car or sedan occupied by three to four people before the victims were shot as they stood outside in the yard in the 3000 block of 19th Street.

Marcus Winston. Jr, 25, was pronounced dead at the scene, while a two-year-old boy unrelated to Winston was critically injured. The child later died Sunday night after being transported to DCH Regional Medical Center.

Kennedy on Monday would go on to name three persons of interest sought for questioning, as investigators quickly located Bell and Kaleria Alicia Gilbert.

A third person of interest, Deantwone Dante Long, has yet to be located and is also known to go by the alias "Lil 30."
