Tuscaloosa County Democrats To Host Primary Watch Party Tuesday
The Tuscaloosa County Democratic Party will host a primary election night watch party on Tuesday, May 24 at 6 p.m.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa County Democratic Party will host a primary election night watch party on Tuesday, May 24 at 6 p.m.

The event will be held at the party's headquarters, which is located at 3311 Loop Road in Tuscaloosa. Party officials said the event will feature light refreshments and give supporters and voters an opportunity to watch the election results, cheer on the Democratic candidates of their choice, and learn how they can help support the party’s nominees during the general election campaign.

“We’re excited about our Democratic candidates, and we know that they can make a real difference on issues that matter to all Alabamians,” said Tuscaloosa County Democratic Party Chair Judith Taylor. “Our party’s platform of better healthcare, living wages, quality education, and criminal justice reform represent the change voters are looking for.”

Campaign Success Committee Chair Tommy Hyche also encouraged party members and anyone else interested to attend the event after casting their ballots on Tuesday.
"Democrats represent a real alternative to the current dysfunction in Montgomery, and we’re ready to get to work for the general election campaigns," he said.
