UA Set To Host NWBA Women’s Wheelchair Basketball National Championships This Week
UA Adapted Athletics is set to host the NWBA Women's Wheelchair Basketball National Championships later this week.

TUSCALOOSA, AL —University of Alabama Adapted Athletics is set to host the National Wheelchair Basketball Association Women’s Wheelchair Basketball National Championships later this week.

The tournament — held on March 10-11 at Stran-Hardin Arena on the UA campus — will include the host Crimson Tide, the University of Texas at Arlington, University of Illinois, University of Arizona and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Tickets are $10 for a weekend pass to all games, while UA students, faculty and staff, and children under 12 are free.
The UA women’s team will play at 6 p.m. on Friday for a chance to advance to the finals at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
