Turned the outdoor kitchen (which only had a small refrigerator) into a Catio, made custom doors for allowing animals to stay indoors while looking outside. The Catio has room for a litter box and other storage, has ability to allow exits &amp; entrance from the cat door that is inside going out to the Catio. The Catio has doors that open with latches to keep it closed.

We also took out the table &amp; chairs and made it a corner for animal amenities. (You can add a kitty tree house and/or doggy bed or cage.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A place for their food, snacks &amp; water, with room left over.
Took out the couch/bed and made it a tabletop area and/or desk area for 2, comes with the chairs.
Upgraded the Pantry adding shelves &amp; lighting, also added shelving to several other cabinets in the kitchen, bedroom &amp; bathroom
Has a 12-volt refrigerator/freezer, very roomy.
 A solar panel that runs the refrigerator. There is room for more solar panels on roof.&nbsp;
Extended the island with a matching countertop on the end of the Island, added a lightweight 4-drawer chest for additional kitchen accessories.
We added an "on demand" hot water heater.&nbsp;
Outside we added a low hour generator &amp; upgraded the suspension and put 4 new tires on recently.
The awning is 16 ft on camping side with lights.
We're including the Upgraded slide hitch, good for use with short bed trucks.
Also, plumbed in a washer and dryer unit in master king suite.
Replaced the refrigerator fuse and moved the access to this fuse box for easier replacement.
Has two 15,000 btu central A/C's.Dry weight 9995lbs and GVWR 12,000lbs
This would be perfect as a tiny home on a lot as well as for travel
