3. After Slowdown and Shocks, Phoenix BTR Market is Poised for Comeback (azbex.com) — Metro Phoenix's build-to-rent housing market is slowing after years of heavy construction, but new data suggests vacancies are improving and the sector may be stabilizing. 4. Phoenix band stranded in Panama after 7.7 earthquake (azfamily.com) — A Phoenix-based punk band, Authority Zero, is stuck in Panama after a powerful 7.7 earthquake forced repeated evacuations from their plane and the airport onto the tarmac. Band members describe hours in the sun as thousands waited outside, but report no injuries and say they still hope to continue their Latin American tour and return to the Valley soon.
