
Uchi Scottsdale continues its tradition of hosting the region’s most innovative culinary voices for a series of one-night-only experiential menus. Uchi Scottsdale Chef de Cuisine Blake Luecke will welcome a diverse lineup of partners to blend their unique flavors with Uchi’s signature Japanese cuisine.
The series continues with Chef Jason Alford, the Culinary Director and Executive Chef for Pa’La Wood Fired Kitchen. A master of robatayaki and open wood-fire grilling, Alford’s Mediterranean and Japanese-inspired dishes focus on the elemental power of fire and high-quality local sourcing. This collaboration will highlight "food for the people" through vegetable-forward plates and premium meats designed for sharing.
