Join a team that's redefining senior care. We're looking for a Resident Wellness & Mobility Specialist who brings energy, encouragement, and expertise to help residents stay active and engaged at our upscale assisted living home.

What you'll do

• Lead mobility-focused activities that help residents stay strong and safe
• Put fall-prevention strategies in place and watch for changes in resident mobility
• Create individualized range-of-motion (ROM) plans for residents
• Give hands-on support with walking, transfers, and daily movement
• Encourage residents to join wellness routines and gentle exercise
• Track mobility progress and report changes to the care team
• Help with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Go with residents on safe, enjoyable community outings
• Keep the environment positive and uplifting so residents stay independent
• Prior experience in rehabilitation, assisted living, home care, therapy assistance, or senior wellness
• Knowledge of safe transfer techniques
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A fingerprint clearance card, or the ability to get one
• An Arizona Certified Caregiver certificate
