Phoenix Housing Vouchers To Help Persons With Disabilities
This 4th wave of CARES Act funding will give Phoenix Housing 27 vouchers, valued at $220,000, to give affordable housing to disable persons.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development announced recently that the Phoenix Housing Department will receive additional Mainstream Housing Choice Vouchers as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act).

This fourth wave of CARES Act funding will give Phoenix Housing 27 vouchers, valued at $220,000, to provide affordable housing for persons with disabilities, many of whom are chronically homeless or at risk of being homeless.
The additional vouchers will bring Phoenix Housing’s total of mainstream vouchers to 191.
