Phoenix Public Library Begins Curbside Services

Curbside Service will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

On May 18th, Phoenix Public Library will implement Phase I of a reopening plan which allows customers to place new holds on physical materials and pick them up via Curbside Service at all Phoenix Public Library locations, except South Mountain Community Library (SMCL). Current items on hold at SMCL will be available at Ocotillo Library (102 W. Southern Ave.) for pick up. Curbside Service will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

After receiving notice that item(s) are available, customers will drive to their pick up library location during Curbside Service hours, and follow posted instructions.

How It Works:

· Customers do not need to call ahead or book an appointment.

· Be sure to bring your cell phone and library card or account number (located along the bottom of the bar code on the back of your card) with you.

Upon arrival follow posted instructions

· Please wait in your car

· Call the posted phone number and have your library card number ready

· Library staff will checkout your item(s) and deliver them to the trunk or rear of your vehicle
