PHXTV Classroom Study Hall In Phoenix On May 20

PHXTV in collaboration with Roosevelt and Osborn School Districts presents a unique PHXTV Classroom Study Hall for students.

PHXTV in collaboration with Roosevelt and Osborn School Districts presents a unique PHXTV Classroom Study Hall for students from kindergarten to 8th grade. Local teachers present an hour of learning, broken into 20-minute segments. This Study Hall opens with a read aloud segment by Mrs. Fletcher reading "The Pout-Pout Fish." Study Hall also features math lessons by Mrs. Hughes, Kindergarten teacher at John F. Kennedy Elementary, Ms.Damian, 1st grade teacher at Irene Lopez School, Mrs. Juvera, 3rd grade teacher at Maxine O. Bush Elementary School, and Mr. Meza, 5th grade teacher at Clarendon Elementary School. Study Hall finishes with a lesson by Mr. Stacey, a 7th/8th grade teacher from Osborn Middle School, teaching students “Modeling and Solving Equations with Common Household Objects.”
