PODS® Phoenix to collect bottled water for Hydrate Arizona
As both a billboard and a storage container for the needed water collections, a PODS container will be onsite at AmTrust, June 15.
Heat causes our homeless and those in need to be cared for with hydration. PODS® Phoenix is joining forces with 3 TV and AmTrust to collect bottles of water for the Salvation Army’s important Heat & Hydration project to benefit those in need during the summer months.
On June 15 from 6-10 a.m., 3TV will encourage residents to purchase and donate bottles of water at AmTrust located at 2975 W Ray Rd, Chandler 85224, where they will be collected and stored in the onsite PODS container. The PODS container will then be transported to the Salvation Army where they will hand out the water to those in need.
“PODS Phoenix is always happy to help our community,” said Steven Figueroa, Territory Manager of PODS Phoenix “We ask that our community donate bottles of water to ensure that those in need like our first responders, families displaced by fires or natural disaster, the elderly and homeless throughout the Phoenix area will be helped.”
