We are happy to announce that reservations are once again being taken! Let us host your next meeting or event with the airport as your backdrop.

New policies have been implemented in keeping with guidance and recommendations from health authorities to limit and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

The full requirements are outlined in an amendment to the facilities use license.

But take note, one of the changes includes new meeting room occupancy limits to allow for proper social distancing:

• Stearman room: maximum capacity 61
• Thunderbird room: maximum capacity 88
• Stearman/Thunderbird combined: 150

There will also be enhanced cleaning of the meeting rooms before and after each event.
