Northsight Park reopened recently with a new playground. A new shade structure will be completed before summer.

Each of these parks original playgrounds dated back to 1995-97.

In addition to new playground equipment, the sand has been replaced with ADA-compliant engineered wood chips. These chips are safer and cleaner for play areas.

The city's capital improvement plan funded the renovations.
