Tucson Firefighters Respond To Blaze At Amazon Fulfillment Center

TUCSON, AZ—The Tucson Fire Department responded to a fire Monday morning at the Amazon fulfillment center, which is located along the 6700-block of South Kolb Road.

According to crews on the scene, they arrived to find cardboard boxes from a compactor on fire. It led to the evacuation of the facility, firefighters said.

"Clean up is underway of the burned materials," the department posted in a tweet.

A fire investigator arrived on scene to look into the cause of the fire, firefighters with the department said.
