• Coffee chain 7 Brew wins bid for shuttered Salad And Go stores (kold.com subscription) — San Tan Valley residents may soon see the shuttered Salad And Go on Hunt Highway converted into a 7 Brew coffee stand, pending court approval of the company's lease bid on Sept. 21. The Arkansas-based chain is acquiring 73 former Salad And Go sites, including 41 in Arizona, as part of a major expansion across the Phoenix metro area.
