- A new Read Education Center is complete at Hunkapi Programs equine therapy farm! The Read Family Foundation "donated $150,000 for the renovation of an existing ranch building on a 10-acre farm that will now be an education, training, and community event center." The newly "renovated building will provide a creative space for children with special needs, further staff and volunteer training and development, and host workshops, and community enrichment events." - Laws are being proposed to "limit rent increases" in Arizona. HB 2161 would "prevent landlords from increasing a tenant's rent by more than 10% over the course of a year but would allow for larger increases if there are major renovations performed."
