  1. Jaysha McClendon, a 12-year-old Scottsdale resident, became the "Level 10 All-Around Champion in her division at the USA Gymnastics Developmental National Championships in Oklahoma." She also received a gold medal on the uneven bars and a silver medal on the balance beam. Now Jaysha has her sights set on winning titles at the 2028 Olympic Games. Way to go, Jaysha!   2. Due to increased demand and popularity, Scottsdale Water's rebate program has opened early for residents and businesses. This year's program includes residential and commercial grass removal rebates, in-ground pool or spa removal rebates, and rebates for installing "water efficiency and monitoring technology."
