- Jaysha McClendon, a 12-year-old Scottsdale resident, became the "Level 10 All-Around Champion in her division at the USA Gymnastics Developmental National Championships in Oklahoma." She also received a gold medal on the uneven bars and a silver medal on the balance beam. Now Jaysha has her sights set on winning titles at the 2028 Olympic Games. Way to go, Jaysha! - Due to increased demand and popularity, Scottsdale Water's rebate program has opened early for residents and businesses. This year's program includes residential and commercial grass removal rebates, in-ground pool or spa removal rebates, and rebates for installing "water efficiency and monitoring technology."
