• MLF Announces *2027 Phoenix BFL Team/Solo Series Schedule*, Rules and Entry Dates (thefishingwire.com) — Lake Dardanelle in Russellville will host the 2027 Southwestern All-American championship for Major League Fishing's Phoenix BFL Team/Solo Series from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2. The event, backed by Russellville Tourism & Visitors Center, will bring top anglers, national exposure, and significant prize money to town, offering residents a chance to watch elite bass fishing close to home.
