Cohen Brother's Judo Club located at 400 Corporate Woods Parkway in Vernon Hills, IL sent 12 young rising stars to compete in the high decorated Liberty Bell Judo Championships hosted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
All the kids fight great & gathered valuable experience to help prepare them for the summer Jr. Nationals Championships hosted in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in July.
RJ Cohen said "this is all for more mat time and get used to fighting tough kids from the east coast". Our club dominants in the midwest so we need to travel to find the best competition possible. We have high expectations and the kids train hard and expect to win.
Next up is the Illinois State Championships next Saturday in Sugar Grove, IL followed by the Am Can International in Buffalo, NY on Memorial Day Weekend
