Person Falls 300 Feet From Aerial Tram In CA
A victim fell 300 feet from a landing at the top of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway on Saturday, authorities said.

PALM SPRINGS, CA — A person reportedly fell from an aerial tram on Saturday in Palm Springs. Riverside County firefighters were able to successfully rescue the person, who was not identified.
The fall was reported at 5:08 p.m., the department said.
The person fell about 300 from from a landing at the top of the tram, Cal Fire and the county fire department wrote on twitter.

Crews used ropes to pull the person to safety by 7:21 p.m.
The victim was unhurt by the fall, the department reported.
