2 Paddle Boards Stolen From Estuary Dock

Police have recovered the boards from a storage unit on Treasure Island.

ALAMEDA, CA — Alameda Police recovered two stolen stand-up paddle boards valued at $600 each. They were reported stolen on Sunday.

The theft happened from an Alameda dock along the estuary. Detectives from the Property Crimes Unit started looked into the disappearance and received a valuable tip from a citizen.

The boards were apparently stored on a local boat and then transferred to a storage unit on Treasure Island.
