The 28-year-old was identified after they died in a collision on southbound U.S. Highway 101, police said.
"This incident is a sobering reminder of how precious and vulnerable places like this are," The Peralta House Museum officials said.
Reidy Watts was the victim of two reported domestic violence incidents - one in San Francisco and one in Oakland, the DA's Office said.
"This incident is an important reminder to stay aware of your surroundings," police said.
Prosecutors said they hoped the verdict brought "accountability and peace."

Doug Martin died last year after a struggle with police in Oakland.
She has since been charged with multiple felonies, prosecutors said.
A suspect allegedly set fire to a car on International Boulevard and then assaulted a responding officer.
The violations stem from Union Pacific removing polychlorinated biphenyl or PCB-contaminated soil from their site.
The suspects were arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary, conspiracy, and possession of stolen property.
The suspects pose as attorneys and government officials, according to the IRS.
"Pull up to the cookout," organizers said.
Five cars were stolen during the incident, including two that belonged to the Alameda County Sheriff's Office.
Alameda police say they'll be on the lookout for kids doing good deeds to reward them with coupons for a free Slurpee.
The blue Ford Explorer is not marked with Sheriff's Office insignia or emblems.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Firefighters contained the fire to the building where it started.
Investigators found several items of evidence, including jewelry and drugs, while serving a warrant in the East Bay, police said.
The annual block party is put on by the Alameda County Public Defenders.
The teen was last seen on May 19, driving near the intersection of Lockwood Street and 73rd Avenue in East Oakland.
"They claimed to have a warrant but would not show it to building security, for which they were denied entry," the building's owner said.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where they were later pronounced dead.
California Highway Patrol says the crash happened around 5:30 a.m.
The driver was estimated to have been going over 50 miles per hour on city streets before crashing, police said.
The resignation comes following an investigation into the communications involving the city administrator, officials said.
The charges stem from a sideshow last year when the renowned streamer iShowSpeed visited Oakland.
Both suspects are now facing multiple charges, including human trafficking for commercial sex, according to an East Bay Times report.
Both the officers and the suspect were hospitalized in stable condition, according to the East Bay police department.
"Road rage can escalate quickly and lead to serious consequences," police said.
The operation targeted people seeking to exploit minors online, police said.
The motorist drove up onto the sidewalk and into pedestrians before fleeing the scene, authorities said.
The crash happened as police were called to the area near Telegraph Avenue in response to multiple reports of fighting.
