Oakland Police recovered a second gun at the scene, in addition to the officer's.

OAKLAND, CA — One man is dead and a second is in the hospital suffering from a gunshot wound after a shooting involving a BART Police Officer near the West Oakland BART station late Wednesday afternoon, according to Oakland Police.
