Alameda: Free Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off This Weekend

Alameda, CA - Did you have paints, solvents, lawn care chemicals and other stuff piling up in your garage that you've been meaning to haul away? You get you chance this weekend.

A free Household Hazardous Waste mobile drop off event will be held in Alameda this Sunday, July 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• Automotive Category: Fuel, Waxes, Batteries, Additives, Motor Oil, Oil Filters, Antifreeze
• Garden Category: Sprays, Fertilizers, Ant Traps, Pesticides, Herbicides, Rat Poison, Gopher Bait
• Adhesives Category: Putty, Caulk, Epoxy, Mortar, Stucco, Uncured Cement Powder, Wood Glue
• Electronics Category: Televisions, Computers, Telephones, Stereo Equipment, Microwaves, Thermostats, Ballasts for Fluorescent Lamps, Digital Clocks & MP3 Players, Digital Cameras, Cathode Ray Tubes
