Alameda High School to Receive $25,000 Grant Friday

The school is one of 100 nationwide to be selected.

Alameda High School will receive a $25,000 Celebrate My Drive grant during a school-wide assembly on Friday, Dec. 12. Several dignitaries will be present for the presentation.

The school is one of 100 winning high schools, each earning a $25,000 grant, out of more than 3,200 participants in this year’s program.

Students, parents, administrators and the entire community rallied in support of teen drivers, helping the Hornets reach their goal.
