Alameda Shooting Under Investigation
No injuries were reported. A major street was closed for hours Monday morning as police investigated.
ALAMEDA, CA — Gunshots rang out in Alameda Monday morning, prompting several people to call 911.
Alameda Police officers found bullet holes on the front of a house in the 1300 block of Park Avenue.
No one was home at the time of the shooting, and no injuries were reported.

Park Avenue was closed between Encinal and Central for a few hours as police investigated. Traffic reopened around 10:15.
