Alameda Soccer Club 'Select' Tryouts Feb. 12-13
Players are invited to tryout for competitive teams.
Alameda Soccer Club tryouts for competitive soccer teams U9 -U14 will be held on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 12-13.
Competitive select teams play under the team name "Islanders," and are coached by experienced, highly qualified coaches, who apply to and are selected by the ASC.
ASC has joined Norcal Premier Soccer League in which teams are flighted based on their ability. Teams play in well-balanced, challenging flights, fostering player development and enjoyment of the game.

As part of the commitment to player development, ASC sponsored an end-of-season All-Star game for recreational players in the U10 - U14 divisions. These 2010 All-Stars are encouraged to tryout for competitive soccer in their respective age groups.
The best thing about player on an ASC Islander Competitive team is that players will compete with friends from their schools and neighborhoods, and will be supported by the ASC community and Alameda residents.

Tryouts will be held at Hornet Field or Atlantic Field and the exact times will be posted on the Alameda Soccer Club website. Tryouts for U15-U19 will be head March 5 and 6. That schedule is here.
