Alexander Technique classes at Alameda Community Acupuncture

Learn how to move with less muscle tension, less effort, and more freedom in a series of Alexander Technique ongoing classes.

The Alexander Technique is a well-established practical method for improving balance, flexibility, coordination and ease of movement. Please join Ms. Lenka Fejt, certified Alexander Technique teacher, B.S. Kinesiology, on March 15, 2016 at Alameda Community Acupuncture (1716 Lincoln Ave, Alameda) and learn how to move your arms, wrists, and fingers with less tension and greater efficiency.
